We had a very nice Easter; sharing Easter dinner with all of our friends at Raintree. The owners supplied ham and rolls for about 200 of us and everyone brought a covered dish for the 12 people at their table. Our table had ham, green bean casserole, baked mashed taters, sweet taters with marshmallows, deviled eggs, dinner salad and, surprisingly, a dish of marinated prunes! Dessert was homemade apple cake and blackberry/cherry pie.
This was the last event at Raintree, as all activities stop at the end of March. Most people are gone by mid-April.
Ken and I hosted a small bbq for the folks we hang out with the most on Easter Saturday....
